Steve Ross, a local Yeppoon Builder has been building homes on the Capricorn Coast for over 25 years. He was born into a family of builders with his Grandfather Gill Ross and father Bruce Ross both builders. It’s no surprise Steve has developed a love and passion for this trade, it’s in his blood.
In October 2009 the company branched out to building inspections. Ross Building Group now has a respectful list of clientele including major Conveyancers, Builders (for handover inspections) and banking groups with the majority of clients being referred by previous clients. This led to the demise of the construction side of the business. Although we still conduct minor building works, we no longer offer builds from scratch.
Steve is quite pedantic when it comes to any kind of building inspections whether it be residential or commercial, new or old. He will not only give you a thorough report with photographs but will take the time to explain any concerns you may have post inspection and offer recommendations.
Steve is a family man and is proud to have a family business. His wife Narelle, who is a qualified bookkeeper, does the financials and is responsible for all the paperwork pre and post inspection.
